We hope you absolutely LOVE your Simple & Sassy purchase! But we understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t work out.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear, and must have all original tags attached.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Final Sale Items
Sale, clearance, discounted, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the item.

Exchanges
Because our inventory is limited and styles can sell quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the size or style you would like.
